Just when you thought all of the action was over, think again. Get set for the 2009 Victorian Poker Championships!
The Victorian Poker Championship warm-up week will commence on Monday 27 July 2009 giving you more chances to win a seat into the Main Event. Come in and try your hand in the FREE to Enter Mega Satellite on Saturday 1 August at 12.10pm or the Step 2 Satellite at 7.10pm, just to name a few!
This year the Crown Poker Room will be hosting 14 official tournaments ranging from the $120 PokerPro Shootout through to the $10,200 High Stakes Holdem event, plus daily satellites from $50. From Hold’em to HORSE, Omaha to Pineapple, every Poker discipline is represented on the comprehensive schedule of events.
Crown is also proud to be supporting Camp Quality Cup with Event 8, where all funds raised will be used to help brighten the lives of young children living with cancer. The Vic Champs will also be host to the ever so popular Ladies Event, and the State of Origin Feature Event.
Towards the conclusion of the Championship the Crown Poker Room will be running Aussie Millions Phase 2 and 3 Satellites. Remember, you can buy in direct, or use your seats you have won throughout the year during our regular weekly Phase one satellites.
Satellites have already started and are available every Monday night and Sunday afternoon in the Crown Poker Room in the lead-up to the event.
